Terms of Service

This User License Agreement governs your use of the software and services provided by WizardX Solutions Inc. (and its subsidiaries), also known as Immigration Wizard. It forms a legal contract between you and WizardX, incorporating the Privacy Policy at and the attached Exhibits. By registering to use the Service (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms of this User License Agreement.

- WizardX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely in accordance with this Agreement. You may not sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the Service unlawfully.

- Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s Confidential Information and only use it as permitted under this Agreement.

- You must provide accurate registration details, safeguard your credentials, and notify WizardX of any breach. Unauthorized use or account sharing is prohibited.

- Disclaimer of Warranties

   The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- Confidentiality

   Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s Confidential Information and only use it as permitted under this Agreement.

- The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

- All intellectual property rights in and to the Service (including software, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and documentation) are owned by WizardX or its licensors. Except as expressly provided, this Agreement does not grant you any rights to WizardX’s intellectual property.

- You retain all rights to Content you upload, subject to granting WizardX a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display such Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

At WizardX Solutions, we prioritize the security and privacy of your data. We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction

• Data Encryption: All data transmitted between users and our services is encrypted using modern protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2+). Sensitive information is also encrypted at rest wherever applicable.
• Access Controls: Access to our systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel only, using role-based permissions, strong authentication, and comprehensive logging.
• Data Minimization: We only collect and retain the data necessary to provide and improve our services. Data is retained only for as long as needed, or as required by law.
• Third-Party Services: When engaging third-party providers, we ensure they adhere to comparable security and privacy standards.
• User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and ensuring secure access from their devices.
• Incident Response: In the event of a security incident or data breach, we will take prompt action to investigate, mitigate risks, and notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Service may include features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”). You acknowledge and agree that:

• - AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• - AI-generated content is provided “as is” and should not be solely relied upon for decisions of legal, financial, medical, safety, or other critical nature.
• - You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
• - WizardX disclaims all liability for harm, losses, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI features.

• Amendments: WizardX may update this Agreement; continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Assignment: You may not assign rights without WizardX’s consent.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings.
